Improper Transactions with 1:1 Verification

For cases where improper passages have been identified in the Proof of Life (liveness + SDK), please contact us as follows:

  1. 1. Contact us ​here​.
  2. 2. Select IDCloud, then the 1:1 Verification capability.
  3. 3. Next choose the option: Disagree with the result of the proof of life.
  4. 4. Then provide us with the following information:
    - CPF.
    ​- Date and time of the transaction.
    ​- APIKey or Process ID.
    ​- Report and evidence of which stage the problem occurred.

If you wish to contest any registration made on the Unico Check Portal

For contesting registrations, it’s necessary to login into the specific Unico Check Portal to create a request for one of the following options:

• Access the Analysis Monitoring, where the delivered score is identified, and it is possible to request re-analysis and create the request.

Locate CPF: enter the specific CPF and provide the start and end date related to your history with the client.

Choose face/score: select the score or passage you wish to contest and click on the corresponding CPF field.

Request Re-analysis: after viewing the requested passage, click on reanalyze to send the case to our team of specialists.
