After validation, the Identity Verification will provide you with two possible results, which you can check directly at Portal. These results are:
- Yes: this result occurs in cases where we were able to validate the identity, confirming that the captured face matches the actual holder of the document, allowing the transaction to proceed.
- Inconclusive: this result occurs when it is not possible to validate the ownership of the document, leaving the decision about the continuation of the transaction up to the client, such as proceeding with their normal anti-fraud workflow.
⚠︎ Important: in case you encounter the intermediate status "waiting" for a process, it means that the process has been generated and is awaiting the user to perform the biometric validation. After this validation, the system will process the information and return with the result "yes" or "inconclusive".
