The capability of Document Reuse and Capture aims to simplify the collection of documents between companies and their clients. The options are:
• Reuse: allows sharing the image of a document from an individual with a legal entity, without the need for a new capture. During the process, the data contained in the document is also shared.
• Capture: allows capturing, reading, and saving the image of a document from an individual. During the capture, the document is checked for compliance with the requirements, and its data is automatically extracted and classified.
The use of the Document Reuse and Capture capability requires integration with Identity Verification. Additionally, this functionality can be combined with risk analysis using the Score.
The technologies involved include Typification, Facematch, CPF match, and Data Extraction (OCR).
