What is an authorized user?

Authorized users are focal points in the company who have permissions to open tickets on sensitive topics (e.g., creation or modification of users and units).

How to become an authorized user?

Only an authorized focal point can request the creation of a new authorized requestor. If you are already authorized, please follow the steps below:

  1. 1. Get in touch with us by clicking on Open Request in the top menu.
  2. 2. Enter the following information:
    • • Specify whether you want to create or modify the authorized user.
    • • Client's name (e.g., Unico).
    • • Full name of the user.
    • • User's email.
    • • User's phone number (not mandatory).
    • • Desired units or branches - ​If there is a mirror user, this information can be replaced by the name, email, or document number of the mirror user.
  • After making the request, we will contact you within 3 business hours. 😊
