Creation or modification - Service Account

To request the creation or alteration of the service account, it is necessary to be authorized by the company. Only the CSM (Unico) of your account and other authorized requesters will be able to request the inclusion of a new requester. After authorization, please follow the steps below:

  1. 1. Contact us by clicking on Open Request in the top menu.
  2. 2. Enter the following information:
    • • Whether you wish to create or alter the service account.
    • • Name of the responsible person.
    • • Email.
    • • Mobile number.
    • • Account name with up to 7 characters.
    • • Branch.
