Creation or modification of user

To request the creation or modification of a user, it is necessary to first be authorized by the company. Only the CSM (Unico) of your account and other authorized requesters can request the inclusion of a new requester.

⚠︎Important: to ensure security in sharing information requested by our clients, preserving the integrity and confidentiality of data, the creation of users with addresses not related to the company's domain (domains such as @gmail, @hotmail, @yahoo, among others) will not be allowed.

a) USER CREATION - UP TO 1 USER - fill in the fields available in the form. Enter the following information:

  1. 1. Contact us at Open Request in the top menu.
  2. 2. Enter the following information:
  • • Indicate whether you intend to create or modify the user.
  • • Client name (Example: Unico).
  • • Full name of the user.
  • • User's email.
  • • User's phone number (optional).
  • • Desired Units or Branches:
  • • If there is a mirror user, replace this information with the name, email, or document number of the mirror user.
b) BULK USER CREATION - 2 OR MORE USERS:

  1. 1. Download the spreadsheet by clicking here, and fill in the fields with the data for each user.
  2. 2. Then, access one of the contact options and select the bulk creation option.
  3. 3. In the Attachments field (optional), upload the already completed file.
  4. 4. Click Send to complete the process.
