Resending or deleting user invitation

The re-invitation process is conducted for employees who received the invitation to create their user account, but the invitation has expired or was not received due to systemic issues.

To make a request, follow the steps below:

  1. 1. Contact us by clicking on Open Request in the top menu.
  2. 2. Describe your request with the following information:
  • • Action (resend or delete).
  • • Full name of the user.
  • • User's email address.

After submitting this information, the user must wait for the new invitation to be sent to the registered email.

It is important that the provided email address is correct and up to date for the re-invitation process to be effective.

Once the request is made, we will contact you within 3 business hours. 😊
