If you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps below to reset and create a new password:
1. Access the IDCloud and enter your company's instance name, then click on "I forgot my password".
2. Enter the authentication factor used by your company and complete the reCAPTCHA.
3. Access the email and/or phone indicated in the message and click on the link or button to register a new password.
4. On the new screen, create a password that meets the security rules and click on "Reset password".
5. After creating the new password, access IDCloud again to log in.
