Resend Password to User

New Feature: Resend via IDCloud Portal

1. On the User Management screen, locate and click on the name of the desired user to resend the password email:

2. Once you find the desired user, click the icon next to the status to resend the password email.

3. Then, a box will appear to confirm the email of the user to whom the password should be sent.

4. The user will receive an email with instructions and should follow the steps indicated in the message to complete the new password registration.

5. After creating the new password, log in to IDCloud again to access normally.

Important: By default, the reset link expires in 7 days. Note that this period may vary according to each client's customization.


Password Recovery (Self-Service Request)

If you have forgotten your password or have not received the original link to create one, follow the steps below to reset it on your own:

1. Self-service request: Access the product login page and enter your company name (this information is not requested in the Unico Check product).

2. Enter your username (e.g., firstname.lastname or registered email) and click "Forgot Password".

3. You will receive an email with instructions. Follow the steps indicated in the message to complete the new password registration.

4. After creating the new password, log in to IDCloud again to access normally.
